i was so freaking piss off by uob's customer service hotline.
spent 3 damn hours on hold of th line,
letting em' transfer the line thru &fro, w/o getting th right ans we were enquiring about.
like wht th shiat can! so useless can.
worst customer service ive evered experience in my whole life.
even better, they dont kno wht's th meaning of m-a-n-a-g-e-r. LOL.
anw, many many thanks to sharon &yee for their time &help.
just got home frm hosp,
cos grandmomo admitted in ytd.
so i went over to look after her for the night all alone.
wells, didnt get to slp at all, keeping a look out of her at all times.
//: she wont be able to hv reunion dinner w us tonight. sighs
doc has to keep her for more observation.
no one's staying over for tonight,
so i guess i'll 've to do it all alone again then.
aite, i need to catch some slp before i start packing for bkk &tonight's reunion.
